MAKING YOUR
APPOINTMENT
A referral from a GP or consultant is not required to make an appointment with us. You can contact the clinic on 061-337330 or by email at info@castletroyphysio.com. We endeavour to provide you with an appointment within 24 hours. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 8pm, and Friday 8am to 6pm.
On your first visit please attend 5-10 minutes before the appointment time, as there will be some initial paperwork to fill out. We ask you to wear clothing that allows the area(s) of the body where you have the problem, to be moved and viewed. If you have an X-ray or MRI report or any referral letter please bring this to the appointment.
The initial appointment will be 30-45 minutes in duration, during which we will carry out a full assessment and start a programme for your recovery. All follow-up appointments are 30 minutes.
We accept payment by cash, credit or debit card and we ask that you pay for each appointment at the end of the visit. We will provide you with a receipt which can be used with your health insurer for re-imbursement if your policy covers Physiotherapy.

Policy
When you make an appointment with us at Castletroy Physiotherapy Clinic, we reserve time for you alone. If you find you cannot attend your appointment please let us know as soon an possible. This means that somebody who urgently needs our help can get relief and we can reschedule you for a suitable appointment time.
