Rose graduated from the University of Brighton in 2010 and has over 15 years experience in clinic and within the NHS.  She is registered with the ISCP, CSP, HCPC and CORU and is a certified DSE ergonomist.  

She initially worked in private practice treating a variety of conditions before working with Princess Alexandra Hospital in the NHS for over 7 years. There she covered multiple fields including MSK, respiratory, A+E, HDU, Neuro, Ortho-trauma and post elective. 

She also has considerable experience in clinic attending to acute and chronic patient conditions.  Additionally she has been a First contact practitioner for GP practices in the UK and has been involved extensively in digital physiotherapy projects. 

Rose has a particular interest in musculoskeletal, senior community healthcare and providing senior focused exercise classes to assist with strengthening, falls prevention and balance.  She is passionate about rehabilitation and believes in exercise as medicine.
