Strength & Balance Class

Over the past 15 years, the short and long-term benefits of, maintaining and improving your muscle strength and balance are well proven. At Castletroy Physiotherapy Clinic, our lead healthy ageing Physiotherapist, Rose Ryan delivers a Strength & Balance class that has people feeling challenged and still smiling at the end.The class is 60 minutes and includes aerobic, strength, balance and flexibility exercises. The class is suitable for people of any level, as Rose adapts it to each person’s level and needs.
